Since the December 16/17 2017 publishing of the New York Times bombshell reporting regarding a secret Pentagon study of UFO activity, there has been increasing activity seemingly bringing to light via Congressional and news media attention a long suppressed fact of the presence of non human intelligences originating from off-world.
Alot has happened since the end of 2017 and here I won't be recapping in depth that history.
There are two key things I will note now as a preface to the first journal entry here:
(1) From 2019 to 2021 a USAF intelligence officer (a Major) was borrowed from his "reservist capacity" assignment with the National Reconnaissance Office to work for the openly established UAP Task Force in the Pentagon (under the direction of Jay Stratton). David Grusch was assigned the task of finding Special Access Programs and Controlled Access Programs related to the UAP or UFO matter. In 2023 Grusch went public, first informing journalist Ross Coulhart on News Nation and then a little later a Congressional Oversight subcommittee hearing with sworn testimony, that he interviewed over 40 persons involved in SAPs and CAPs related to UAP. He was apparently shown documentation related to projects controlled by private corporations without oversight from elected officials (only a few officials from the Intel and DOD communities providing that). Grusch testified that he learned that we had recovered extraterrestrial craft, which we were trying to to study, and the remains of deceased extraterrestrial beings. Grusch presented these findings to the Inspector Generals of the Intelligence Community and the Pentagon. They deemed his material "urgent and credible".
(2) There have been failed attempts to add a UAP Disclosure Act amendment to the previous and present National Defense Authorization Acts. This amendment was authored by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, a Democrat, and Republican Senator Mike Rounds. It mentions "non human intelligences" multiple times in relation to alleged recovered technology and "biologics". The amendment would have established a nine-person Presidential Review Board to make recommendations for disclosure of UAP-related findings.
These two developments have not as yet inspired the level of intense focusing by the press and public that one would normally suspect would happen, given the nature of the revelations.
What will be chronicled here, starting from late 2024, will be developments in exposure efforts (by all parties working to uncover through investigation what's going on), disclosure efforts (working to encourage official revelations of information covertly gathered by our government and contractors), and signs of emergence by mostly covertly present "non human intelligences" from apparent advanced off world civilizations.

~~~Review of the Documentary "The Program" by James Fox
On December 16 2024 the 1 1/2 hr latest documentary by James Fox was introduced on multiple platforms and immediately available for viewing (after paying $19.95). Like his prior work spanning many years, this film serves as a great introduction to the UFO matter (nowadays branded as UAP for "Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena") for the education of the largely uninformed public.
For those already heavily focused on the UAP topic the interviews with several figures and reporting on others covered very familiar territory. That included these persons: Chris Mellon; Lue Elizondo; Hal Putoff; David Grusch; Garry Nolan; Leslie Keane; Eric Davis; Nick Pope and others.
Fox provided new faces and material, mostly unfamiliar even to even avid students of the subject.
First new person has remained anonymous, going by the pseudonym "US Navy X". He reported witnessing great images of trans medium craft in the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System.
Lenval Logan, a former USAF intelligence analyst, was assigned to support the UAP Task Force and shared with Fox his general impressions (in a very limited way due to the material involved being classified).
Lenval following his government service formed an exposure effort vehicle:
Sarah Gramm, a former research scientist with the DOD, also shared her awareness of impressive visual evidence. She was not previously unknown, having been publically interviewed months before the release of Fox's film.
Retired USAF Master Sgt Jason Sands also had surfaced prior to the release of The Program and was already a figure in the UFO community with enthusiastic supporters and harsh critics after he participated in a Space discussion on X months before the film's release. He claimed to be part of a UAP legacy program for three years in the 1990s.
Kirk McConnel, a retired staff member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, confirmed that many of the whistleblowers with high clearances and alleged first hand knowledge regarding recovered alien craft had shared their knowledge with that committee. There was some previous awareness in the UFO community of McConnel before this film aired.
Overall this film provides a good introduction to educating the public regarding developments on the disclosure front.
~~~A growing mystery involving mass sightings of unknown craft and drones
Many are (reasonably) speculating that public reports of mystery drone and UAP incursions that were escalating at sensitive military sites in the UK in November, and then spreading worldwide, may represent an unfolding emergence of non human intelligences.
Here is a repost of an update by Peter Davenport, director of the National UFO Reporting Center. He had just returned from the scenes of hot spots in the wave of activity overwhelming New Jersey citizens and leaders.

"For the past few months, mysterious drone like craft the size of SUV’s have been sighted nightly, primarily between sunset and midnight, with the nexus of recent reports coming out of New Jersey. The sightings have been so overwhelming that they have become a media sensation, with organizations like CNN, which normally avoid UAP coverage, featuring the story prominently. The government has stated that they are as mystified as anyone else as to who or what is behind this, and an increasing sense of frustration is being voiced by lawmakers and citizens in the affected areas. The flap is so intense that NUFORC’s report volume has doubled from what we usually receive.
One of the more dramatic encounters occurred in London, Ontario, Canada. Beginning at 6:58 PM on December 13, and lasting for a period of a period of 3.5 hours, a witness observed multiple large drone-like objects with white lights that flashed red and green. The event escalated when a giant, bright spotlight silently hovered above the trees in their yard for about 40 minutes. Multiple additional objects, smaller in comparison, seemed to fly around this central light. Full Report/Video
What are we to make of all of this and who is responsible? Theories abound from foreign adversaries to secret government agencies. These ideas have been debated thoroughly, but it’s worthwhile to step back and consider the incredibly anomalous characteristics of these objects:
Size: Many of the drones are the size of cars or SUV’s, and one witness described seeing one the size of a school bus..
Speed: They can outrun police drones that attempt to follow them.
Stealth: They turn off their lights when approached, exhibiting an ability to be aware of what’s going on around them and respond.
No Remote ID: Drones above 250 grams are required to broadcast identification and location data. These apparently do not.
Thermal Anomalies: The Ocean County Sheriff’s Office observed the drones emitted no heat, making them impossible to see with IR.
Interference: They have been reported to interfere with car clocks and cell phones.
Quantity: Up to 50 drones have been sighted in coordinated flight patterns, and the number of reports is now in the thousands.
Duration: The drones are able to stay aloft for hours, suggesting a very robust power source on board.
If there is a non-governmental organization behind this, it is an extremely expensive operation indeed, and the drones are exhibiting technical capabilities well beyond what is commonly available. Furthermore, the drones operate over sensitive military areas, from air bases in the UK, to Langley in Virginia, to the Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. That makes them a national security threat, which along with their failure to broadcast an FAA required Remote ID makes their mode of operation clearly illegal.
There have been attempts to track and interdict them. The government has sophisticated anti-drone capability, including jamming and even the ability to take over control in some instances. A car-sized drone presents a significant radar cross-section (RCS), and radar systems designed to detect aircraft or large objects would likely pick it up. But a month into the current flap, not a single drone has been tracked to its source or captured. Why? Could it be that we are simply incapable of doing it? What kind of object could evade us that way?
There is, of course, a long history of flying objects with flashing multicolored lights that buzz military bases and evade attempted interception. Could it be that these “drones” are actually true UFO’s, disguised to look like terrestrial drones for some unknown reason? A report received yesterday from Radcliffe, KY seems to point to this possibility. A witness spotted drones flying low over their house, followed a few minutes later by a Blackhawk helicopter that came onto the scene and chased three of them. Two minutes after that, something even more anomalous happened. A large triangular UFO appeared and followed the drones and helicopter. The description of the triangular UFO conforms to other triangles that have been observed for over 30 years, from the Belgium wave to the Hudson Valley sightings to the Phoenix Lights (see our gallery page for images). Assuming the triangle was not of human origin, what does that say about the “drones”? Full Report
It is also worthwhile to note that this recent wave is eerily reminiscent of similar events over northeastern Colorado and western Nebraska, that occurred from December 2019 to January 2020. During that period, residents also reported numerous sightings of unidentified drones flying in coordinated formations during evening hours. Witnesses described groups of up to 19 drones with estimated wingspans of about six feet, flying in grid patterns at altitudes between 200 and 500 feet. The sightings were never explained.
While we at NUFORC are keeping an open mind, the theory that these drones are NHI (non human intelligence) craft is something to consider, and at this current stage it can’t be ruled out."

Two Cobra meetings have been held in secret after unidentified drones were flown over military bases, involving technology so sophisticated the authorities have been unable to track them or identify those responsible.
Military officials have not ruled out the involvement of a hostile state but have expressed alarm that it has so far proved impossible to find the pilots responsible for controlling the drones.
The Times has learnt there have been at least two meetings of Cobra, the emergency response committee, over the mystery drones flown over American airbases in England. Military police, troops including members of the US Navy and police with drone expertise have been investigating the incursions over RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall, RAF Fairford and RAF Feltwell.
Investigators believe the drones were not programmed but were controlled in real time by live operators.
The drones were flown around the bases in late November and early December and varied in size and configurations, according to the US military. The authorities have ruled out the work of hobbyists because of the sophistication of the technology involved and also because the flights were co-ordinated over a series of days.

Shortly after the release of The Program (see Dec 20 entry), witness Jason Sands (retired Master Sgt, USAF) was interviewed by Ryan Robbins (aka UFO Jesus) on his popular Post Disclosure World YouTube channel. In the course of that, he said he was asked as part of his involvement in a "legacy program" to kill an alien in a cave.

You mentioned about Lue Elizondo. I agree, his testimony was important, and it was under oath. So, I mean, he's putting things on the line. You and I hear this all the time: 'No one would dare put these whistleblowers in prison for telling what they know about UFO programs. It would confirm the things are real. They should go ahead and risk their lives and their homes and their careers and everything that they own, and possibly their freedom, and go ahead and tell us what they know. There's no way they'd ever go to prison.' What do you say to that?" Corbell: "Yeah, it's, you know, I can understand from the outside the way people would say something like that, but they don't know what it's like talking to and guarding the identities of people that have, you know, really put it on the line just to talk with you. You and I both know, George, and you've seen evidence of this, is that there are tactics, scare tactics, at minimum. We've been part of that. We've been followed before when we've gone and talked with firsthand whistleblowers. You know, we've been menaced before." (Followed and menaced. I'll ask the question again: Why is someone so desperate to keep us from learning the truth about us not being alone on this planet? I want the Band Aid ripped off and never support secrecy on this topic. But when we hear the reasoning for the insane secrecy, will we understand any of it or will it piss it off even more?) Corbell: "Man, we've had agencies contact us, interested in this kind of thing. This is a problem where whistleblowers are being threatened, and they are. "Bringing to light the extraterrestrial presence (multiple species and civilizations) entails our investigatory efforts (exposure), activist efforts encouraging release of covert governmental gathered and classified info (disclosure), and the activities of the various NHI in displaying their presence or encountering and interacting with human individuals (emergence).
There is some progress on the exposure front but only with a limited focus on the documentation of the five observables in first and second kind encounter cases. The rich vein of information associated with ce3 cases is usually ignored or downplayed due to a felt need to carefully posture as "sane" and credible and not turn off others.
There seems to be two internal forces in government, one battling to protect secrets and the other pushing for openness and transparency. We don't appear to be getting disclosure under Biden, despite Obama and some of his officials (Podesta, Brennan, Clapper, etc) obviously pushing for openness. (Biden when asked: "Ask Obama again."). Trump doesn't like the subject or believe it's real but he's surrounded by his eldest son, his nominees Rubio, Hegseth, Ratcliff, Waltz, RFK, and Gabbard and his VP Vance who are very pro disclosure. Trump has very ambitious plans, though, which may put the UAP issue on the back burner so as to not distract. Also, the dysfunctional pathologies Trump exhibits (admitted by many of his supporters) and his low credibility may inhibit movement on the disclosure front.
This matter now is possibly coming to light through the possibly deliberate actions of at least one ET group (one remote viewer Birdie Jaworski found unfamiliar, but very advanced beyond the limits of a biological form). Spherical and large triangular craft have been discerned with the large scale mystery drone wave of activity sweeping the world."
